This retreat is an invitation to reconnect with your power, your sensuality, and your inner devotion—through the lens of Hindu and Tantric goddess traditions, woven into daily practice, ceremony, and lived experience.

Each day is anchored in intentionally themed yoga journeys, drawing from goddess archetypes for empowerment, expression, and deep inner alignment. Through movement, breathwork, and elements of Bhakti (devotional) yoga, you’ll explore different facets of yourself—both grounded and expansive.

• Daily goddess-themed yoga, breathwork, and ritual

• Water temple visits for purification and renewal

• Traditional blessings with a Balinese priest

• Healing ceremonies with a Balinese priestess

• Cultural immersion, including traditional Balinese dress and ceremonial dance

• Beach excursions to unwind and connect with the natural beauty of the island

• Beach club outings and dancing

Your evenings move between ceremony, ritual, and time to rest and integrate—plus sunset DJ sets at Soulshine for music, movement, and dancing.

There is also space woven throughout the week to explore Ubud at your own pace—cafes, markets, nature, or simply following what calls you.

What a Day Might Look Like

Each day is intentionally designed to offer both structure and space.

A typical day may include:

• Morning yoga, breathwork, and meditation

• Breakfast and time to relax or explore

• Midday excursion (temple visit, cultural experience, or beach)

• Afternoon time to rest, receive bodywork, or enjoy the pool and surroundings

• Evening ceremony or ritual

• Dinner, followed by optional music, connection, or dancing
